Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account. Don't share credentials. Use a real email so we can recover your account if needed.

Acceptable use

• Don't harass other players, including in multiplayer chat.
• Don't exploit bugs to gain an unfair advantage on leaderboards.
• Don't reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service.
• Don't use the service for anything illegal, infringing, or harmful.

Content

Words, riddles, definitions, and other game content are owned by Sturza Worksor licensed to us. You may play and share screenshots, but please don't bulk-reproduce our content.

Subscriptions and purchases

If we offer paid features, billing is handled by the App Store or Google Play under their terms. Refund requests are processed by the platform you bought from.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm other players. You may delete your account at any time from the app or from /delete-account.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sturza Works is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Sturza Works is registered. Any dispute will be handled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
