Delete your account
You can delete your KinWord account and the personal data Sturza Works stores about you at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — Inside the app (fastest)
- Open KinWord and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account.
- Confirm the prompt. The deletion runs immediately.
This is the fastest path. You don't need to email anyone; the app triggers the deletion server-side.
Option 2 — Email request
If you can't access the app (lost device, signed out, account problem), email us:
- To: privacy@sturzaworks.com
- Subject: Delete my KinWord account
- Include: the email address used to sign in, and your in-app display name if you remember it.
We'll confirm the request from your account email and process the deletion within seven days (usually within 24 hours).
What gets deleted
- Your account email, display name, avatar, and bio.
- Your game history, stats, streaks, and achievements.
- Your friend connections and any pending invites.
- Your multiplayer match history.
- Any feedback messages you sent to support, on request.
What we may keep
We may retain a minimal record (e.g. a hashed identifier) when needed to:
- Comply with legal obligations.
- Resolve disputes or enforce our terms.
- Prevent abuse or fraud (e.g. ban evasion).
Timeline
Account deletion is processed immediately. Backups are rotated and purged within 30 days.
